These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of all services on the r555 platform. By visiting the r555 website, opening an account, or using any service, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between the user and r555. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using our services.

r555 reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these Terms at any time. Changes take effect from the moment they are published on the website. Continuing to use the service after any change means you have accepted the updated Terms.

To use r555 services, each user must open a personal account. Providing accurate and truthful information at the time of registration is mandatory.

Registration Rules

• Each person may hold only one account — multiple accounts for the same person are strictly prohibited.
• Full name, mobile number and correct details must be provided at registration.
• Account login details (username and password) must be kept completely confidential and must not be shared with any third party.
• Any suspicious activity on the account must be reported to r555 immediately.
• r555 may request additional documents at any time for identity verification.
• Transferring or selling an account is strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals may be held until account verification is complete. r555 reserves the right to close any account opened with false information and to forfeit the balance held in it.

All r555 services are for persons aged 21 or older only. Registration or use of services by minors is strictly prohibited.

By registering, the user confirms that they are aged 21 or older. r555 may at any time request a national identity card or other government document as proof of age. Failure to prove age will result in the account being closed.

It is the responsibility of the adult account holder to ensure that underage members of their household cannot access r555.

The following methods are used for deposits and withdrawals on r555:

r555 offers a 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. To withdraw this bonus, a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount must be met.

Bonus Usage Example

Say you deposit ৳1,000 — the bonus will be ৳1,200, making your total balance ৳2,200. To withdraw the bonus funds, you must complete ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000 in wagering.

Important Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have its own terms — these should be read before accepting the offer.
• Withdrawals from the bonus balance are not permitted until the wagering requirement has been met.
• Each bonus is valid once only — claiming the same offer from multiple accounts or devices is prohibited.
• r555 reserves the right to cancel a bonus and close an account in cases of bonus abuse.
• Bonus funds are not considered cash under any circumstances — only winnings after the wagering requirement has been met may be withdrawn.

VIP members receive weekly cashback. A maximum of 0.4% applies at Bronze, 0.8% at Silver, 1.1% at Gold, and 1.5% at Platinum — calculated on the net loss for the week.

General Gaming Terms

• Once a bet has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Winnings paid out incorrectly due to a technical error will be voided.
• Placing opposing bets on the same event to take arbitrage advantages is prohibited.
• In sports betting, settlements will be based on the official announcement of match results.
• If there is a dispute over the settlement of any bet, r555's decision is final.
• r555 will take appropriate action in cases involving game provider rules or technical issues.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the r555 platform. Violating these rules may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of the balance.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Opening or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Placing bets in a deliberate pattern with the intent of abusing bonuses.
• Using software, bots or automated systems to play games or place bets.
• Attempting to hack or manipulate other users, game processes or r555's systems.
• Using the r555 platform for money laundering or any illegal purpose.
• Rude or threatening behaviour towards r555 staff.
• Selling or transferring an r555 account to another user.

r555 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any clause of these Terms.
• Registration using false or incomplete information.
• Failure to verify age or identity.
• Suspicious financial activity or suspected involvement in match fixing.
• The account remaining inactive for an extended period.

Users may also request to close their own account. An opportunity to withdraw the balance will be provided before closure, unless the account is being closed due to forfeiture.

• Account issues caused by the user's own negligence or error.
• Technical faults on the part of a third-party game provider.
• Unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) such as natural disasters or cyber attacks.
• Loss caused by issues with the user's device or connection.

In any claim, r555's maximum liability is limited to the actual amount held in the relevant user's account.

r555 reserves the right to modify, temporarily suspend or permanently cancel any part of the service at any time. Where changes are significant, users will be given as much advance notice as reasonably possible.

If any clause of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining clauses will continue in full effect. r555's failure to exercise any right will not be considered a waiver of that right.
